Nice Work Hannah

Last night was the Ellesmere area speech finals. We were well represented by Hannah, who did us proud.  There were thirty speeches from year 7 & 8 students and while Hannah didn't place in the top 3,  having listened to all of the speeches I can tell you she would definitely have been in the top 10 overall. Thank you Hannah for representing the school so well.  Today we discovered that that wasn't Hannah's only moment in the spotlight as she was featured in an iphone app that I downloaded today as well!  Kereru are starting into their second round of Rock Our World for the year and it is based around photography. The app showcases some of the photos from the last round and as I was looking through them with the year 6s this morning we were  most surprised to see Hannah's smiling face pop up with the lovely view of the bay behind her.
