Buddies and sausages

The day started off well with Buddies and got even better with BBQ'd Sausages for lunch. A big thanks to Shane for doing the cooking and then taking the BBQ away for a clean up.  It proved to be a very popular option and something I'm sure will continue to grow in popularity.  It will be held every fortnight. 

The sausages are $2 each but as it is a fundraiser for the Year 8 trip to Wellington, you are welcome to pay more if you'd like. My apologies for the small oversight that saw the price being left off the newsletter.  Nothing better than being asked for the exact change when you don't even know what the price is! :-)

In future we will ask for the orders to be in on the Thursday so we know how many sausages to get out in preparation.

A big thanks to Chloe, Erin and Ruby for all of their help with getting out, cleaning and setting up the BBQ and organising the line, buttering the bread and organising the sales.
