ERO

The Education review office are visiting next term. They are the Ministry people that tell us how we are going as a school, looking at what's working well and identifying areas for improvement.  It will be good to have such an audit to further focus us on where we are heading.  Our direction is based around our vision of Living to Learn, Learning to Live. Hopefully your child talked to you about this over the weekend and what it means to both them and you. It is an ongoing discussion I would like to continue as we develop and grow. Being my first ERO visit as a Principal, I am spending the afternoon with a colleague to bring me up to speed on just what to expect, hence my early blog post for the day.
